We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Voriy. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the policy below for eligibility, return procedures, and refund details.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as your order number or receipt.
  • Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale, promotional, or clearance items are non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or product-specific reasons, we do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Used, altered, or damaged items not caused by our error
  • Perishable goods, including seasonal plants or pet food
  • Gift cards and downloadable or digital products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@voriy.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
  2. Wait for our return authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our support team. Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, size, or variation, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps before contacting us:

  • Check your bank account or payment account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary before a refund is officially posted.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping fees for standard returns.
